By using a Funky Circuit product, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of Funky Circuit products shall signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.

Information Collection

Funky Circuit Ltd does not collect any personally identifiable information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by Funky Circuit Ltd. The App Store from which you purchase and install the products may collect and use personal and non-personal information about you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that may be collected by the App Store, and Funky Circuit is therefore not responsible for the information collected by such third party.

User Provided Information

If you provide personally identifiable information (such as your phone number, password, etc.) when you are purchasing a Funky Circuit product, this information is provided to the App Store. The store provider (Apple) does not share your information with Funky Circuit.

Funky Circuit will not receive any of the personally identifiable information you share with Apple in connection with your use of Funky Circuit.

Funky Circuit products do not access information that you have saved on your mobile device (such as contacts and appointments).

Anonymous Information

This is information that does not directly or indirectly identify you as an individual user. Funky Circuit and other third parties may passively collect non-personal information from you when you use Funky Circuit products. Information that may be collected:

• Location information, either provided by you or your mobile device interacting with one of the Funky Circuit products;
• Usage, viewing and technical data
• Any other information that may be passively collected by third parties (such as ad networks).

Information Usage

Funky Circuit may use non-personally-identifiable information to improve the quality of its products by analysing patterns of product usage. 

Third Party

Funky Circuit products sometimes feature ads supported by third party ad networks. These third-party ad networks use technology to send, directly to your mobile device, the advertisements and links that appear in the Funky Circuit products. The ad networks servers automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.

Because Funky Circuit does not collect any personally identifiable information no personally identifiable information is shared by Funky Circuit with these third-party ad networks.

Information Disclosure

Because Funky Circuit does not collect your personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number or email address), Funky Circuit is therefore unable to share your information with third parties.

Funky Circuit may receive and release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws, or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.
